Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have warm antibody autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA) that has come back or hasn't gotten better with standard treatments like steroids.
- You have tried at least one of the following: rituximab (Rituxan) or cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan).
- Your blood counts and organ function meet certain safety levels (your doctor can check these).
- You can't have had CAR-T cell therapy before, or have active hepatitis, HIV, or other serious infections.
