  • You are a healthy soccer player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9.
  • Your waist circumference is less than 88 cm (women) or less than 102 cm (men).
  • You have not had any major injuries, surgeries, or health problems in the past six months.
  • You are not pregnant or within one year after giving birth.
