Core stability training with balloon breathing for football players

Dynamic Balance, Hop Performance and Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MVV) in Professional Football Players

Who can take part

  • You are a male football player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You currently play at a club level.
  • You have not had any muscle or bone injury in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had any leg, back, or spinal surgery in the last year.
  • You do not have any heart, lung, or nerve problems that limit exercise.
  • You have not done core stability or special breathing training in the last 3 months.
