- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that is not curable with surgery.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after treatment with a PD-1 inhibitor (such as Keytruda or Opdivo).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and it is at least 1 cm wide.
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are within acceptable levels.
- You cannot have untreated or active brain metastases, serious autoimmune diseases, or other recent cancers.
