Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have one or more deep cartilage injuries in the knee (called osteochondral lesions) that are between 1 and 7 square centimeters total.
- Your knee pain or function is worse than 70 on a standard knee score.
- You have tried physical therapy for at least 6 weeks without success.
- You do not have advanced arthritis, major knee instability, or other serious health issues that would make the surgery risky.
