Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your testosterone level is very low (≤ 50 ng/dL), likely from hormone therapy.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse based on rising PSA levels or new spots on scans.
  • You are able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have had at least one prior hormone therapy (ARPI) and possibly chemotherapy.
