Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-positive (confirmed by pathology)
  • Little to no prior chemotherapy or HER2-targeted therapy for advanced disease (or only prior hormone therapy)
  • Tumor shows PD-L1 positivity (an immune marker) on testing
  • Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) with working heart, lung, liver, and kidney function
  • Blood cell counts and liver/kidney labs within acceptable ranges
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging that can be tracked
