  • You are 19 years or older
  • You have had dizziness or other symptoms suggesting orthostatic hypotension within the past year
  • You can walk and use a smartphone (Android) and a smartwatch
  • You do not have other causes of dizziness like inner ear problems or a recent stroke
  • You are not severely anemic, have serious heart disease, or have a life expectancy less than one year
