Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have recurrent glioblastoma after first treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation)
  • You have a brain tumor that can be seen on MRI and is at least 1 cm in size
  • Your doctor believes the entire tumor can be safely removed with surgery
  • You are able to care for yourself and do daily activities (Karnofsky score 70 or more)
  • Your blood cell counts, kidney function, and liver function are within acceptable ranges
