Who can take part

  • You have obesity (BMI 30+) or overweight (BMI 27–30) with a weight-related health condition like prediabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea.
  • You have tried to lose weight through diet or exercise before but it didn't work.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
  • Your weight has not changed by more than 11 pounds (5 kg) in the last 3 months.
  • You have not taken any GLP-1 weight-loss medications (like Wegovy or Ozempic) in the past 6 months.
  • You are willing to give yourself injections (or have someone help if needed).
