Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with head and neck mucosal melanoma that can be surgically removed and has at least one measurable tumor on a scan.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart, thyroid) is adequate as per blood tests and heart scans.
- You have not had prior treatment with PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2/CTLA-4 inhibitors or other similar immunotherapy drugs.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 90 days after treatment (if applicable).
