Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with breast cancer that shows a certain level of a protein called HER2 (either high or low).
- You may be treated before surgery, after surgery, or for advanced breast cancer that has spread.
- If you have advanced breast cancer, you must have already tried at least one other treatment that stopped working.
- You should be able to take care of most daily tasks (score 0 to 2 on a simple scale).
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study and for one year after the last dose.
- You cannot be in another clinical trial and must agree to follow the study schedule and procedures.
