Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your cancer is locally advanced, cannot be surgically removed, or has spread, and has progressed after at least one prior chemotherapy or systemic treatment (breast cancer is excluded)
- Your tumor shows HER2 expression (a specific protein marker) confirmed by testing
- You are in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out normal daily activities with minimal or no symptoms)
- Your blood counts, liver function, kidney function, and heart function meet specific requirements within 2 weeks of starting the study
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging that can be tracked
