Who can take part
- You are an adult woman between 18 and 45 years old.
- You are scheduled for a planned (not emergency) cesarean section.
- Your physical health is classified as ASA II or III (generally healthy or with mild to moderate health issues).

- You do not have severe high blood pressure, heart problems, or a very high BMI (over 40).
