Who can take part
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific EGFR mutation (L858R or Exon19Del).
- Your cancer has spread to the lining of the brain (meninges) and has gotten worse or not been controlled while on osimertinib.
- Your cancer is stable in other parts of the body (outside the brain).
- You must have a positive spinal fluid test for cancer cells, or doctors strongly suspect meningeal spread based on MRI and spinal fluid tests.
- You can stop taking certain medications that might interact with the study drugs (like some heart rhythm meds or antibiotics).
