Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR-sensitive mutation (L858R or Exon 19Del).
- Your cancer has spread to the leptomeninges (the lining of the brain or spinal cord) and worsened while on a third-generation EGFR-TKI, but it has not spread elsewhere.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had an Ommaya reservoir placed (a small device under the scalp to deliver drugs into the spinal fluid).
- You must have blood counts and organ function within acceptable limits, and be able to swallow pills.
- You have not had radiation to the brain or spine in the last 6 months.
