Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (L858R or Exon 19 deletion) that cannot be removed with surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer has spread to the brain and/or the lining of the brain and spinal cord.
- You have not received any prior treatment for advanced lung cancer (for the main group taking zorifertinib).
- You are willing to take zorifertinib or another standard treatment as your first therapy for this cancer.
