Who can take part
- You have worked as a teacher or professor for at least 2 semesters.
- You teach at least 9 hours of in-person classes each week.
- You have never been told you have a voice problem (like nodules or polyps).
- You do not smoke.
- You are not pregnant or have high blood pressure, stroke history, heart disease, asthma, emphysema, COPD, or had surgery on your head or neck.
- You do not have a neurological or mental health condition.
