This study looks at how heart failure care is delivered in hospitals in China. It will help doctors improve treatment for people with heart failure. If you are in the hospital because of heart failure, you may be able to join and help improve care for others.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are currently in the hospital mainly because of heart failure.
- You have heart failure symptoms (like shortness of breath or tiredness) or test results that show heart failure (for example, fluid in the lungs or high B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels).
- You are receiving heart failure treatment, such as IV water pills, medications to help blood flow, heart-strengthening medicines, or a procedure to open blocked heart arteries.
- You do not have another life-threatening illness (like advanced cancer) that would likely shorten your life to less than one year.
- You are able to complete the planned follow-up visits (usually for about a year).
