Who can take part
- You may join as a healthy volunteer or as someone diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis
- You must not have serious or unstable medical or psychiatric conditions
- You must not have a significant medical history that could affect the study
- You must not have any current infections
- You must not have alcohol use disorder
- If you have hemochromatosis, you must not have received iron chelation therapy or other treatments except stable maintenance phlebotomy in the last 6 months
