  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can use a digital device like a phone or tablet and can read and talk comfortably.
  • You provide regular, unpaid care for someone with heart failure who has had symptoms or needed medical help in the last 6 months.
  • You speak and understand English.
  • The person you care for is also willing to join the study and has a clinical diagnosis of heart failure.
