Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your tumor must have a KRAS mutation
  • You must have had at least one standard treatment and your cancer got worse after it
  • Your tumors must be measurable on scans
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow must work well enough
