Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma).
  • You are about to start one of these standard treatments: lenvatinib + tislelizumab, lenvatinib + pembrolizumab, or atezolizumab + bevacizumab.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain safe limits.
  • You have not taken ondansetron in the last 14 days, and you do not have an autoimmune disease.
