Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 84 years old.
- You have had a spinal cord injury (any level, complete or incomplete) for at least 4 months.
- You are able to prepare and use a nasal spray, or have a caregiver who can help.
- You have not needed a ventilator or had a tracheostomy tube recently.
- You do not have severe nasal problems like chronic sinusitis or major surgery in your nose or throat.
- You are not currently taking insulin for diabetes.
