Who can take part
- Your spinal cord injury occurred at least 4 months ago and you've completed initial rehabilitation
- Your injury is in the mid-to-lower back (thoracic) or lower neck (C5–C8), not high neck (C1–C4)
- You have significant paralysis or weakness (AIS A, B, or low C level) documented by a recent exam
- You can attend exercise sessions 5 days per week initially, then 3+ days per week for 32 weeks total
- You are medically cleared by your doctor to have cell transplant surgery and handle intense exercise
- You have no serious infections, bone disorders, severe spasticity, uncontrolled pain, or other major health conditions that would prevent safe participation
