Who can take part
- You have flexible flat feet (arch flattens when standing but comes back when sitting).
- You do not have foot pain rated 4 or higher on a 0-10 pain scale in the last 3 months.
- You are 18 to 35 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
- You have not had any surgery on your legs or feet.
- You have not broken any foot bones or had ankle injuries.
