Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have already had one catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, and after that your symptoms or heart rhythm problems came back.
- You are able to follow the study plan and use a small device that checks your heart rhythm at home.
- You have not had more than one previous ablation that included isolating the pulmonary veins.
- Your left upper heart chamber is not too large (under 55 mm on imaging).
- You do not have atrial fibrillation that has been constant for more than 12 months.
