Intermittent oxygen therapy for primary insomnia

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have primary insomnia (trouble sleeping not caused by another condition).
  • You are not currently taking sleeping pills, or have stopped taking them for at least 2 weeks.
  • You live in a low-altitude area (below 1500 meters) and have not traveled to high altitude in the past month.
  • You do not have serious health problems like stroke, epilepsy, heart disease, or untreated sleep apnea.
