Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding) confirmed by a brain scan.
  • Your stroke happened at least 1 month ago.
  • You are between 20 and 80 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe weakness in one arm, but you can still move it a little.
  • You are able to follow instructions and have no severe pain in the affected arm.
