  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have had an ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel in the brain)
  • Your sleep problems started *after* your stroke, not before
  • You have had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep at least 3 times a week for 3 months or longer
  • Your sleep problems affect your daytime energy or mood
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently being treated for depression, bipolar disorder, or severe anxiety
