  • Be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Had a stroke or traumatic brain injury within the past year.
  • Have significant arm or hand weakness that makes daily tasks hard.
  • Be willing and able to attend study visits and follow instructions.
  • Not have any implanted devices like a pacemaker or insulin pump, or conditions like epilepsy or extreme light sensitivity.
  • Not be pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant.
