Who can take part
- You had surgery for a broken upper arm bone (proximal humerus) within the last two weeks.
- You scored high on a test measuring neuroticism (tendency to feel anxious or moody).
- You are 18 years old or older.
- Your broken arm was your only injury (not part of a larger accident).
- You do not have a psychiatric condition that is not well controlled with medication.
- You can speak the language, don't have paralysis in the injured arm, and can participate in online or in-person coaching.
