Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with foot or ankle osteoarthritis by a doctor through an exam or X-ray.
  • You have had pain in your ankle on most days for at least three months.
  • You understand Turkish well enough to follow instructions and complete questionnaires.
  • You have not had joint fusion or replacement surgery on your painful ankle.
  • You have not had physical therapy for your ankle osteoarthritis in the last three months.
