Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have chronic ankle instability (weakness or giving way) for more than 3 months.
  • You have not had any physical therapy for your ankle before.
  • You have not had surgery on your ankle or lower leg.
  • You do not have any other leg injuries or conditions that affect walking.
