  • You are 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with a mental health condition (like depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder)
  • You have trouble sleeping, with a score of at least 11 on the Insomnia Severity Index
  • You have at least 7 hours available for sleep each night
  • You are able to attend follow-up visits for 2 months
  • Your doctor recommends trying a sleep medication called lemborexant
