Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are currently hospitalized in an intensive care unit (ICU)
  • You have a suspected or confirmed infection with a SOFA score of 2 or higher, indicating organ problems
  • Or you are critically ill without infection but have a SOFA score of 2 or higher
  • Or you are a healthy person not hospitalized and free of infection
