Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You do high-intensity endurance sports (like running, cycling, swimming) for at least 5 hours a week, and have done so for more than 10 years.
  • You are healthy and not taking medications for high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney disease.
  • You have no history of heart attack, stroke, or blocked leg arteries.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or in a protected group (such as being under legal guardianship).
