Who can take part
- You have symptoms that suggest a heart attack (myocardial infarction).
- Your symptoms started more than 30 minutes before the ambulance arrived.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your initial ECG does not show ST-elevation (STEMI).
- You do not have unstable angina, very low blood pressure, dangerous heart rhythms, or cardiac arrest.
- You do not have a non-heart cause for your symptoms that needs hospital care.
