Who can take part
- You have head and neck cancer that has come back or spread, and it cannot be surgically removed.
- You have already tried a platinum-based chemotherapy and a PD-1 inhibitor, or these treatments did not work for you.
- You are at least 18 years old and able to perform everyday activities with some help (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood cell counts and organ functions (kidney, liver, bone marrow) are adequate.
- You have not had 5-FU before for this type of cancer.
