Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps in both nostrils.
- Have had symptoms like nasal congestion or reduced sense of smell for at least 8 weeks.
- Have used steroid nasal sprays (like mometasone) and still have symptoms.
- Have previously used oral steroids (like prednisone) or had nasal polyp surgery, or cannot use steroids due to side effects.
- Not be a current smoker and have no significant smoking history (less than 10 pack-years).
