Who can take part
- You must be a healthy adult (under 55 years old) with a body mass index (BMI) — a measure of weight relative to height — between 18 and 30.
- You need to agree to use a reliable birth control method (like condoms) during the study and for 14 days after the last dose. Hormonal birth control (like birth control pills) is not allowed.
- You must not have taken certain medicines, herbal supplements, or vitamins in the past 30 days that could affect how the study drug works. Over-the-counter drugs and supplements are also not allowed within 10 days before the study starts.
- You must not have had stomach or intestinal surgery (except simple appendix or hernia surgery) that could change how your body absorbs drugs.
- You cannot have taken part in another clinical trial and received an investigational drug within the last 6 months.
- You must avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice for 48 hours before the first dose and until the last blood sample is taken.
