Who can take part

  • Your BMI must be between 18.0 and 30.0.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control (no hormonal methods) during the study and for 14 days after the last dose.
  • You cannot have taken certain prescription or over-the-counter drugs in the last 10 days (or certain drugs in the last 30 days).
  • You must not have had any stomach or bowel surgery (except appendix removal or hernia repair).
  • You must not have participated in another clinical trial in the last 6 months.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
