Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or lower.
  • Your blood pressure is high (moderate to severe) — either untreated or on medication but not controlled.
  • You agree to use birth control for the study period and a month after.
  • You do not have certain other heart, blood vessel, or health conditions.
  • You have not had recent serious health events like stroke or heart surgery in the past year.
