This study is for people who have brief episodes of dizziness or vertigo that might be caused by temporary blood flow problems in the back part of the brain (the vertebrobasilar system). It will follow participants over time to better understand and treat these episodes.

Who can take part
- You have had episodes of vertigo, dizziness, or unsteadiness that last less than 24 hours.
- The episodes may come with new severe head or neck pain, trouble walking, or other brain-related symptoms (like double vision or slurred speech).
- Your symptoms aren't better explained by another condition (like a stroke, inner ear problem, or migraine).
- You haven't had a stroke or brain bleed confirmed by MRI at the time of joining.
- You are willing to complete all study evaluations and follow the treatment plan.
