  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with the 'frozen' (adhesive) phase of frozen shoulder.
  • You have not taken part in any other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow up with the study team.
  • You do not have heart disease, stroke, severe liver or kidney problems, or a bleeding disorder.
  • You do not have skin damage, infection, tumor, or other shoulder problems like a rotator cuff tear or dislocation.
