Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a confirmed problem with a disc in your neck (like a herniated disc or wear and tear).
  • You are either scheduled for a specific neck surgery called ACDF, or you have neck pain but are not having surgery.
  • You have not had any neck surgery before.
  • You do not have a neurological condition (like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, or a stroke) or a balance disorder that affects your neck.
