This trial tests a new type of cell therapy called B7-H3 CAR T cells for children and young adults with high-risk osteosarcoma that hasn't spread or worsened after standard chemotherapy. The treatment uses your own immune cells that are modified to attack a protein (B7-H3) found on cancer cells.

Who can take part

  • You have finished all your planned chemotherapy cycles for high-risk osteosarcoma.
  • You had surgery to remove lung tumors if needed, and you've healed from that surgery.
  • Your cancer hasn't gotten worse since you started treatment.
  • You are well enough to be out of bed and do most daily activities (with maybe some help).
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs are working well enough for this trial.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
