Who can take part
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 65, depending on which part of the trial you join.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 35, and you must weigh at least 50 kg.
- If you join Part B, you must have a genetic test confirming a factor V Leiden or prothrombin G20210A mutation.
- If you join Part C, you must have had a provoked blood clot (such as after surgery or injury) within the last 10 years, or have the genetic mutations.
- You must not have any history of bleeding disorders or clinically significant spontaneous bleeding.
- Women who can have children must use a highly effective birth control method during the trial.
- You cannot have had treatment with an investigational drug before.
