Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with teeth grinding (while sleeping or awake) by a doctor or dentist
  • You are willing to wear a mouth splint every night for 3 months
  • You agree to attend follow-up visits as scheduled
  • You have not used a mouth splint in the last 6 months
  • You are not currently in braces or planning major dental work during the study
