Force sensor study for laryngeal surgery patients

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are scheduled for laryngeal surgery with direct laryngoscopy
  • You have not had part or all of your tongue removed (glossectomy)
  • You have not had an injury to the nerve controlling your tongue (hypoglossal nerve)
  • You are able to return for follow-up visits after the procedure
